If you’re new to a church it can take a while to get to know people. In the meantime here are a few faces you might look out for…

Peter Johnson is the clerk to the Kirk Session. Peter is married to Molly and they live in Todlaw Road where they enjoy gardening amongst other things to keep them busy. Peter is a member of the Duns History Society and a hard-working clerk of the Duns Presbytery.
[] Vera Young is Clerk to the Board.  She is married to Manse and they have two
sons and a daughter-in-law.  Vera is a
member of the Church Guild and various Church committees. She is soon to retire
from her post of Finance Manager at Berwickshire Housing Association and is
looking forward to spending more time with her family, in particular her
grandson, Aaron.
Our organist, Ronald Drummond, is a talented musician who is employed by the church to play the organ at our Sunday services. He is married to Karen and they have 2 daughters. Ronald is a music and guidance teacher at BHS. He also manages the church choir who support us in worship on a Sunday and sometimes give concerts of their own too.
This is Fiona Gaddes. Fiona is our church treasurer. She lives in Duns and works as a solicitor at JD Clark and Allan. When not working, she can often be found exploring the beautiful woodland on the castle estate or practising for the next choir concert!
